We have over 20 years in event management.
JohnsonWest Co. can professionally organise your event and have experience over the last 20 years in planning and hosting in-store events, brand seminars, and corporate dinners, as well as larger outdoor multiple site events including regional roadshows, outdoor charity events, seasonal brand sales campaigns and mass community participation events featuring live interviews and satellite remote linked commentary.
Using a combination of business management and organisational skills, we can plan and execute social and business events to required budgets, schedules and arrange any services needed, such as themed room dressings, lighting rigs, outdoor roadshow vehicles and staging, or multi-site audio feeds for example, to create the best possible events for our clients.
Previous events we have been involved in include:
Event management services for many of the Northern Ireland radio stations providing equipment, setup, health and safety and on the ground management of hundreds of events for over 20 years. Most recently working alongside U105.
We have had a long association with Belfast City Marathon and Half marathon providing staging, full equipment, health and safety briefs and event hosts.
The Football writers Association Gala Dinner, including staging, lighting, screens and full sound systems
Hundreds of hotel events and wedding discos over 20 years
The Festival of flight airshow in Newcastle alongside local radio including live broadcasts, satellite systems for communications and stage management on the day.
We have provided broadcast expertise for almost 50 local community radio stations for a range of sectors and councils across Northern Ireland. Including obtaining licences, securing premises, Ofcom broadcast compliance, and full technical and studio setup. A unique addition to any council or large scale event... these short term radio stations can run from 1 to 28 days.
